DHS Plans $100M+ Follow-On OneStream Systems Integrator BPA

The Department of Homeland Security plans to compete a follow-on blanket purchase agreement worth more than $100 million for a systems integrator to operate and maintain the department's OneStream software platform, according to a notice published on the department's Acquisition Planning Forecast System.

The BPA supports DHS's planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE) work — the budgeting backbone of one of the largest departments in the federal government. DHS expects to release the solicitation on October 20, with award anticipated in the second quarter of fiscal year 2027 and performance running through March 2032. The follow-on BPA will be awarded as a competitive combination-type contract.

Why this matters

Beyond the government contracting community, this is a meaningful signal for finance and EPM leaders: DHS is doubling down on OneStream as the platform for department-wide planning and budgeting, committing to it for years to come.
